IN THE KITCHEN

The menu is designed by Antonia and Simone of La Compagnia del Fermento.

Antonia and Simone are passionate about agriculture, food, beers and wines. They traveled all around Italy and Europe cooking in several places, from Giovanni Rana’s home to local food festivals. Their main goal is quality and friendship.

Products are provided by Molino Crisafulli: the mill was founded at the beginning of the twentieth century and was renovated in 1951 by the will of the Crisafulli brothers. It is in the district of San Francesco di Paola of Caltagirone and has always been a benchmark of Calatino territory for continuity and production quality. All the hard wheat milled at Molino Crisafulli is durum wheat Sicilian, mostly given by members of the Cooperative.
